2. What data we process and why

• Contact — if you email or call us (data provided voluntarily), to answer your enquiry. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
• Bookings — handled by the external Booksy system. You provide booking data directly in Booksy, which is a separate controller — see its privacy policy.
• Statistics & marketing — usage data collected by analytics and marketing tools (incl. Meta Pixel) only after you give consent. Basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

The site uses essential cookies required for it to work and — after your consent — analytics and marketing cookies:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — measuring ad performance and conversions on Facebook/Instagram.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — traffic statistics and how the site is used.
• Google Consent Mode — managing consent for Google tools.

Marketing and analytics tools load only after you click "Accept" in the consent banner. Choosing "Essential only" means they are not loaded.

Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any claims. Cookie data — for the period defined for each cookie or until consent is withdrawn / cookies are deleted.

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
